Processing Time

All orders will ship within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped.

• First Class Mail ( 3-7 days ) 
• Priority Mail (1-3 days ) 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

• Returns are ONLY accepted if you find defects in your products, or your order was not as requested (Size or color selection was incorrect). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
• We do not accept returns on orders placed by mistake, including the wrong size selection. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time, unless the reason for the exchange was at the fault of Holland Ave.
